Surf, history and heritage

Katin are arguably one of the oldest surf brands in the world, dating back to 1954. With a heritage rooted in shore-work and an initial conversation with pro surfer Corky Carroll, Katin have continued their legacy to 2021 with a range of amazing board shorts.

The Corky Trunk pays homage to Corky Carroll, who met the Katin family after seeking out a robust pair of board shorts in the mid-50s. The design has been revamped for the 21st century and is a top seller to this day.

The Theo Trunk offers quality, durability and good looks. The retro design with taped details calls back to the some of Katin's first shorts. Falling somewhere between a board short and a work short these are great for surfing, beach trips or outside work during warmer months.
