Returns and Exchanges 

Returns & Exchanges are provided through our Loop portal, this makes it much easier and faster for you to get an exchange or refund. If you need any help with the process, don’t hesitate to email us at or call on +44 1373 455789

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you can return them to us for a refund or exchange* (*UK customers only) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, including swing tags and the original shoe box. Unless you are processing an exchange, £1.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to send return your items to us yourself, please contact us. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We cannot accept returns when:

  • Clothes have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed or are smelling of aftershave or smoke etc.
  • Soles of shoes are dirty and the insoles worn down or covered in fluff.  Shoes should be tried on indoors, on carpet and socks should be worn.
  • Shoe boxes must be unmarked and not used as the postal box. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks and underwear, unless faulty.

All product/s are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back at our warehouse. 

Once your return has arrived back with us it will be processed within two business days of receipt and we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm completion. During peak periods such as Christmas returns please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.


To make a return you'll need to arrange for your return shipping and pay the associated costs.  

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK you must write on the outside of the package 'Returned goods, relief applied for.' This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges. We will not pay any import charges for returns which have not been labelled accordingly.  

If you have a faulty item, or if there has been an error with your order, please email us at before making your return. 

Additionally a lot of our brands offer warranties so please contact the relevant channels or you can contact us and we will help the best we can.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us asap. If we're able to cancel your order before it ships we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. 

If you'd like to cancel your order after it has been shipped / once it has been received you can do so in writing within 14 days of receipt, you then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us for a full refund.
