The Carhartt Forth Sweater comes in a heavy-gauge knit. The construction of the fabric helps maintain warmth by trapping air against the body. However, due to the lower percentage of wool, less care is required when washing the Forth Sweater than other full wool items. The item is finished off with a wide rib-knit collar and raglan sleeves for comfort and freedom of movement.
